Full management of the Medical and non-Medical Equipment for the whole new hospital . In particular: 

  • Audit and tecno-economical evaluation of the existing equipment
  • Detailed Needs Assessment and Technology level and complexity Identification
  • Specification Development and Tendering Document preparation
  • Proposal Analysis, Evaluation and Awarding proposal
  • Installation, Training and Commissioning Supervision and sign-off
